Starring guest artists from circuses around the world\, this is a unique opportunity to see some of today’s most renowned high flying aerialists\, acrobats\, and jugglers in Brattleboro on the Latchis Theater stage. \nAll proceeds from this annual event support outreach programming by the New England Center for Circus Arts. The New England Center for Circus Arts offers free and discounted programming with many collaborators for at-risk youth\, children with autism\, adults with physical disabilities and cancer survivors. Tom Burke (War and Peace\, The Musketeers) also features in Carrie Cracknell’s critically acclaimed new production\, which was captured live at the National Theatre on October 6\, 2016. \nThe scene is a flat in Ladbroke Grove\, West London. 1952. When Hester Collyer is found by her neighbours in the aftermath of a failed suicide attempt\, the story of her tempestuous affair with a former RAF pilot and the breakdown of her marriage to a High Court judge begins to emerge. With it comes a portrait of need\, loneliness and long-repressed passion. Behind the fragile veneer of post-war civility burns a brutal sense of loss and longing.
