Brattleboro Film Festival

The eighth annual Brattleboro Film Festival runs from Nov. 1-10 at the Latchis Theatre, featuring films from the U.S. and around the world that inform, challenge, entertain and inspire, emphasizing viewpoints and characters often unseen in mainstream media.

Friday, Nov. 1
6:30 p.m. – Varda by Agnes
8:30 p.m. – Give Me Liberty
Saturday, Nov. 2
11 a.m. – The Pollinators at 11 a.m., with a Q&A with director Peter Nelson
1:10 p.m. – The River and the Wall at 1:10 p.m.;
3 p.m. – The Human Element & The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating at 3 p.m., with a Q&A with Elizabeth Tova Bailey, director of The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating
5:30 p.m. – Anthropocene: The Human Epoch at 5:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m. – The Map to Paradise

3 p.m. – Beanpole

Individual tickets can be purchased at the Latchis Theatre prior to each show. Individual tickets: $10; Seniors (62+) and College ID: $8; High School students: FREE; Children: $5. Festival Bundles (5 passes for $40) can be purchased at Everyone’s Books at 25 Elliot Street in Brattleboro and during the first weekend of the festivalat the Brattleboro Film Festival table in the Latchis Theatre lobby.
