The Brattleboro Film Festival and the Latchis Theatre host the Southern Vermont premiere of the film “Waking the Sleeping Giant: The Making of a Political Revolution” on Saturday, June 3, at 4 p.m., at the Latchis Theatre, 50 Main St.

“Waking the Sleeping Giant: The Making of a Political Revolution” is a documentary at the crossroads of the 2016 election and the fight for civil rights, economic fairness and democracy for all. Director Jon Erickson will be on hand for a Q&A afterward.
