The Windham County Consortium on Substance Use is hosting a Launch Event for its proposed action plan on Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Latchis Theatre. The event is free.

Come learn about the proposed collaborative efforts to address substance use prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery efforts in Windham County and the grants providing initial support.

A reception and open house at the Turning Point of Windham County will happen immediately following the event.
