The Met: Live in HD series continues at the Latchis Theatre on Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1 p.m., with Giuseppe Verdi’s tragedy “La Traviata.”

Diana Damreau stars as Violetta, and Juan Diego Florez is Alfredo in this bold new production directed by Michael Mayer and conducted by Yannick Nezet-Seguin, who begins his tenure as the Metropolitan Opera music director.
